Northwestern University Atrium

The Atrium Expansion at the Northwestern University Law School campus provides a connection between the 1940s McCormick Building and 1980s Rubloff Building, both designed by Holabird & Root. The newly constructed space includes study areas - Savner Hall, a 25-seat classroom that incorporates state-of-the-art technology - and an expanded café and outdoor terrace. Extensive HVAC upgrades serve new and existing spaces. All work was completed in a fully-operational law school environment with work scheduled around class and final exam schedules.
