The Olympia Gallery was a conversion of a 1980s era penthouse apartment into a private gallery for an art enthusiast’s collection. A near museum-grade temperature and humidity control system was installed to keep the artwork in its optimum environment. The second level of the gallery looking down on the main level was framed with a hand brushed stainless steel fascia and the two floors were tied together with a custom staircase in the same finish. Hand scraped, wide plank wood flooring was finished on site.
